Well;
Shonda Rhimes, the creator of Grey's Anatomy and well known for
keeping the storylines in that show a secret has seriously stuffed
up.
She recently posted a photo to her WhoSay account of the table read for the 200th episode, in which we can see James Pickens Jnr, who plays Dr Richard Webber sitting alongside Sara Ramirez and Chandra Wilson who play Dr Callie Torres and Dr Miranda Bailey respectively.
At the close of Season 9, we saw Dr Webber lying on the floor in the basement, after going down there to turn the power back on. However, it seems from what fans saw that he had been electrocuted and was unconscious. Many fans were sure that Richard had died. And given how often Shonda has killed characters off on Grey's Anatomy, no one would have been surprised not to see James Pickens Jnr returning next season, even though he has a contract until Season 10 like the other original stars.
Anyway
having realised what she had done, she deleted the photo and tweeted
“CRAP.” It was too late however, as several tabloid sites managed
to screen shot the photo. Now some fans are wondering if she did it
on purpose to throw people off the trail, as she did say after Season
9 in the interviews that fans would see the actor in Season 10. And
if this is the case, then why delete the photo and tweet the word;
crap?

So what do you all make of this? Did she stuff up or is it a teaser, and he really is dead. Perhaps the actor is there to do a flashback scene. I don't think so, or why would she have deleted the photo? Unless the woman is really that manipulative. She's a fantastic writer and story teller, but seriously, she does manipulate the fans and seems to enjoy it.
